distrusting wife

example: we were trying to teach our 1 yr. old daughter to walk. I had her facing me and she fell into my lap. I let her fall. My wife thought I wasn't paying attention and she yelled at me in front of her. She was not even remotely hurt. This (my baby girl) is daddy's girl. I would never be careless with my baby and this made me angry. This is no the first time this has happened. I don't want her yelling at me and being distrustful in front of my baby. Couldn't this effect my daughter in the long run? She snaps at me in front of her alot. Am I overreacting? Advice anyone?
